Drobe Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Drobe app and its web pages (getdrobe.app). The service is provided by {{CONTROLLER_NAME}} (iletisim@getdrobe.app). By creating an account you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy; it is a separate notice, not part of these terms. Türkçe sürüm
1. The service
Drobe lets you build a digital wardrobe from photos of your clothes, get outfit suggestions for tomorrow's weather in a city you choose, and try selected clothes on your own photo with AI. The service is currently free; no payments are taken. Virtual try-on is limited: each account gets a limited number of free tries and the system has a daily total limit. We may change features and limits, or stop the service.
2. Who may use Drobe
Drobe is only for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you state that you are over 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.
3. Your account
- You register with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at iletisim@getdrobe.app if you notice unauthorised use.
- You can close your account at any time in the app (Profile → Hesap ve gizlilik → delete my account and data) or by email; see the account deletion page. Deletion cannot be undone.
4. Photos and content you upload
- The clothing and person photos you upload are your content; you allow us to use them to provide Drobe to you (storage, outfits, try-on). The retention and deletion rules in the Privacy Policy apply.
- In virtual try-on use only your own photo, or a photo of someone who has given you permission. Do not upload someone else's photo without their permission.
- Virtual try-on: when you tap "Üzerimde dene" (Try it on me), the photo you chose (or the ready model's image) and your garment images are sent to an image-generation service provider that works on our behalf and is located outside Türkiye, to generate the image; details are in the Privacy Policy. The app does not ask again for each try-on. You can switch try-on off at any time in Profile → "Hesap ve gizlilik" (Account and privacy) → "Sanal deneme onayını geri al" and turn it back on there; while it is off, no try-on request is sent.
- Do not upload nudity or sexual content, images of people under 18, violent, hateful or unlawful content. Such person photos are blocked before they are sent, but not uploading them remains your responsibility.
- You must own the rights in the photos (copyright, personality rights) or have permission to use them.
5. AI results
Try-on images and clothing details/outfit suggestions are generated automatically by AI. They may not match reality, may show size, colour, fabric or fit incorrectly, may be wrong or inappropriate, and are not a basis for purchase, health or similar decisions. If you see an inappropriate or wrong result, report it with the Report button in the app. Generated images are shown only to you, cannot be shared from the app and are deleted after 7 days.
6. Prohibited use
Do not: use Drobe unlawfully; try to access another person's account or data; overload the service, our servers or AI providers, or scrape it with automated tools; try to get around free-try or daily limits (for example by deleting and re-creating an account); reverse engineer the service or bypass security measures; present results as real to mislead others.
7. Suspension and closure
If you break these terms, harm the service or other users, or the law requires it, we may restrict or close your account, with a warning or (in serious cases) without. Your data is then deleted under the Privacy Policy, unless a legal retention duty applies.
A restricted account cannot start new virtual try-ons or upload new photos; you can still see and delete your wardrobe and data and delete your account. Deleting the account and registering the same email address again does not lift the restriction (Privacy Policy section 9). You can appeal by writing to iletisim@getdrobe.app; a person will review it again.
8. Liability
Drobe is provided as is; we do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors or that results will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the service. This clause does not affect liability for intent or gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The current text is published on this page and the effective date is updated. For an important change we may ask you to accept it again before you continue. Continuing to use the service after a change is not by itself acceptance; where acceptance is required you give it explicitly.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer you keep your statutory rights (for example consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts). Questions: iletisim@getdrobe.app.
